What is a newspaper photo booth?
It is an on-site photo experience that turns each guest's portrait into a custom newspaper-style front page, with a physical print and an optional digital copy.
What can be customised?
The masthead, headlines, colours, logos, supporting copy, layouts, event date, QR destination, booth interface and delivery message can be planned around your brief. The final scope is confirmed in your proposal.
Which events is it suitable for?
The experience works well for corporate events, MICE, exhibitions, brand activations, gala dinners, roadshows, weddings and private celebrations.
How quickly are prints produced?
Production speed depends on the selected format and event configuration. We will confirm the expected guest flow and print time when preparing your event plan.
How do guests receive a digital copy?
Digital delivery can be configured around the event's needs. Available channels and any venue network requirements are confirmed before the event.
Are setup and on-site support included?
We scope equipment delivery, setup, testing and on-site support for each event. Your quotation will state exactly what is included.
What does the venue need to provide?
We will confirm the required footprint, access window, power point, internet connection and any table or queueing needs after reviewing the venue.
How early should we enquire?
Contact us as soon as your event date is known, especially for large events or highly customised artwork. Availability is confirmed only when the booking is secured.
Can guest photos be used for marketing?
Guest images are handled according to the agreed event purpose and our privacy terms. We do not use event images for marketing without the necessary permission.
